If you are a cable customer at the moment, we can help you in two ways:
1. We can transfer both your line and calls. Please contact our Customer Services team on 0844 815 7777 to discuss your options. The transfer process takes about two weeks, and an installation charge will apply.
Or 2. We can provide you with a smartbox (up to four, free of charge), which allows you to benefit from our low call charges, but using your existing cable line. All you have to do is plug the smartbox(es) into your telephone socket(s).
