Mobile tariffs - notes:
1. Inclusive call allowances covers calls to fixed line numbers starting 01, 02, 03 and calls or text messages to UK mobiles. Inclusive calls and texts can be combined on the basis that each text will use 40 seconds of your free call allowance.
2. Call charges shown to fixed line numbers include 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0871 numbers (except on ValuePay where 0870 and 0871 numbers are charged at 14p per minute).
3. Except where explicitly stated, all charges (and inclusive allowances) shown exclude:
i. calls made or texts sent to international or premium rate numbers;
ii. calls to Call Access numbers (which are charged at up to 20p per minute depending on the tariff you have chosen); and
iii. data calls.
4. Data usage on ValueCall BlackBerry tariff (email and internet browsing) within the UK is included in the line rental charge subject to a fair usage policy of 50MB per month. For the avoidance of doubt, the inclusive BlackBerry data allowance only applies to BlackBerry browser and email data accessed directly on approved BlackBerry devices; data used while for example using the BlackBerry as a laptop modem will be charged at £2.75 per MB.
5. Calls to 150 made whilst roaming are chargeable at standard roaming rates for the country you are in. There is no charge for receiving text messages on ValuePay whilst roaming; on all other tariffs, receiving a text message whilst roaming outside the EU costs 25p per text.
