With our Office Phone service, you receive exactly the same quality of service you would from BT. No need for additional equipment, or engineering or reprogramming work. All calls are automatically transferred onto our service at the local BT exchange. The only difference is the price you pay.

We'll even transfer your line rental* and any select services you use (e.g. Call Forwarding and Call Minder); maximising your savings. And although we will bill you, your line will still be maintained by BT's own engineers to exactly the same high quality provided to all BT direct customers. BT quality and reliability but at a cheaper price - now you're talking!

And if you are a BT Featureline customer, you can convert your line to a standard line - meaning you could save up to 19% on your line rental.

You will receive a fully itemised bill from us every month. It shows each call you've made, as well as splitting the total cost between the different types of call and the numbers you've called most often.

You must have a BT business line in order to take advantage of our Office Phone service. If you don't currently have a compatible line, we can arrange to install one for you.

Choose between two great value plans

Standard Tariff

Our Standard Tariff provides guaranteed value for money. Call prices for UK calls are up to 45% cheaper than the equivalent BT cost.

Choose whichever price band best meets your specific business needs. Higher discounts are available, depending on how much you spend with us each month. We'll even add the call charges for all your lines together to ensure you receive the largest discount possible.

Capped Tariff

Our Capped Tariff gives you the benefit of a fixed price for each call lasting up to one hour, to any UK landline, UK mobile or up to 28 international destinations†. you needn't worry how long each call actually lasts.

Whichever Capped Tariff option you choose, you'll have the confidence of knowing you'll be saving money. Our prices have been set below those available on BT's equivalent Business Plan tariffs.

Internet Phone Lines

Using the latest technology, we can now offer customers an extra phone line for just £2 per month line rental - a massive saving of over 80% compared with an additional line from BT - as long as you also have a broadband internet service.

For a one-off connection charge of just £50 (which is less than half the amount BT charges for installing a new line), we will allocate a new phone number. We will send you a special telephone adaptor which you simply plug into your internet router, and then plug in your phone.

*Customers with Featureline and ABC Redcare cannot take advantage of our line rental service, although they can still benefit from our cheaper call packages.
