Why didn't I receive a Feed-In Tariff (FIT) payment on my bill?

The rules surrounding the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) mean that we’re not able to make payments based on estimated readings. To make sure you receive a payment on next month’s bill, please give us a reading. Don't worry, we'll pay you for all the electricity you've generated up to this read so you won't miss out.

If you gave us a meter reading last month but it's not showing on your bill, please contact us and we'll look into this for you.
