What's the daily standing charge?

Our energy tariffs are made up of a daily standing charge and a unit rate. The standing charge pays for meter costs – such as regular meter readings and maintenance and is charged even if energy is not used at the property.

The standing charge is fixed and doesn't vary with your usage.
