Frequently Asked Questions

What's the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) scheme?

Feed-In Tariffs (FITs) are a Government-run scheme to encourage people to generate their own low carbon energy. As well as the money you'll save by generating your own electricity, instead of paying us, we'll pay you!

Please contact us if you have any other queries about the FIT scheme.

Just to let you know...

  1. We can't accept new FIT applications to join the scheme
  2. If your FIT installation was commissioned after 14th January 2016 but before 1 April 2019, we need to receive your application by 31st March 2020 to be eligible for the scheme
