Can I manage my account online?

The Clubhouse is a great way to manage your account online.

You can submit meter readings, view your bills, top-up your CashBack card, check your mobile usage and much more.

It’s quick and easy to sign up to our Clubhouse – all you’ll need is your Utility Warehouse membership number, the details of your bank account (if you pay by direct debit), or your date of birth, so we can verify your account when you register.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll only need your membership number and your password whenever you next log in.
