Why can't I send picture messages (MMS) from my mobile?

If you're having problems sending picture messages, make sure:

  • You have signal and 3G or Wi-Fi
  • If you are on budget control make sure you have credit - call 150 to check
  • Picture messaging isn't available on BlackBerry services
    • As an alternative, BlackBerry users can use the email facility on their BlackBerry device to send and receive pictures

Try sending a picture to yourself to see if you receive this.
