I'm abroad and my mobile phone isn't working
Sorry to hear your experiencing problems using your phone abroad, here are a few tips to try to help you get back to talking and messaging:
Try a hard reboot - This is when you remove the battery while the phone is still on. Not all handsets (such as iPhones) have removable batteries, If this is the case, try turning the phone off and on again after a couple of minutes.
Try a manual network selection - try searching for the network manually from your settings on your phone.
If you are on Budget Control, it's worth checking you've got enough credit on your phone. You can check your balance using the App or in your Clubhouse.
