What's the 'Early Termination Fee clawback' charge on bill?

To help your switch to us, we offered to pay any Early Termination Fees you were charged by your previous providers (up to £200).

To get this offer, you needed to continue to take your Phone, Broadband and Mobile services with us for the next 12 months, starting from the date the credit was applied. As one of these services has ended during this 12 month period, you'll need to repay this credit to us.
