How do I make a Double the Difference Price Promise claim?
Our Price Promise is available if you're a Double Gold member taking Home Phone, Broadband, Mobile and our Energy (excluding prepayment meters) services.
To make a claim, all you need to do is send us a copy of the bills from each of your previous suppliers, covering a period of at least three months before the date the services switched to us.
You can email scanned copies of the bills to - firstname.lastname@example.org or post them to us at:

Once we've processed the claim (generally within eight weeks of receipt), you'll be given a choice of high street retailers and we'll round the claim up to the nearest £10.
