What's the £200 offer to help me switch?

If you're locked into a Phone, Broadband, Mobile or Energy contract we'll pay up to £200 in Early Termination Fees to help you switch. 

To take advantage of this offer, you simply need to switch to our Gold Talk or Double Gold bundle and pay the Early Termination Fees, and then let us know.

We'll need to see bills showing the amounts you've paid. These bills must also say that this is a penalty for cancelling early, next to the charges. We'll apply the amount as a credit to your account.
