What should I do if my CashBack card is lost or stolen?

We know that a lost or stolen CashBack card can cause a lot of worry and stress, but we're here to put your mind at ease.

Please contact us straight away and we can block the card so nobody can use it. Don't worry if you're calling when we're closed, we have an out of hours option for you to go through.

If you have one of our Visa CashBack cards you can even block your card in the Clubhouse.
