What information do I need to provide about my benefits if I'm applying for the Warm Home Discount?

If you're unsure of the benefits you're receiving (there are many different benefits), then please check. Incorrect benefit information could lead to the application being unsuccessful.  The Department for Work and Pensions can be contacted on 0345 608 8545 and they can let you know which benefits you're getting.
