Why's the amount I'm paying for Energy higher than the amount I was quoted?

When you decide to switch your services to us, we'll ask you a few questions to work out how much we think you'll spend on your energy. This quote is just an estimate, though. We'll receive more information about your usage during the switch and we'll use this information to set up your Budget Plan.

If you don't think the Budget Plan amount is correct, just contact us with a meter reading and we'll look into this for you.
