What do I do if I've got an electricity emergency?

If you notice a power cut, a disturbance to your electricity supply or have an electricity emergency, you should contact the operator in your area on 105.

No matter who your provider is, 105 is the new number to call to get help and if there's a serious immediate risk, call the emergency services too.
