How often is my meter read?

Morrison Data Services will read your meter and they'll aim to visit your home twice a year.  If you're not home when they call, they'll usually leave a card asking you to give us a meter reading.

You can provide your meter reading at any time in the Clubhouse, on our Member App or by calling our automated meter reading line on 0333 777 0 999.

With a smart meter, we'll receive your meter readings automatically. Book your smart meter installation today in the Clubhouse
