What do I do if don't have gas or electricity on my prepayment meter?

There's no need to worry if you don't have gas or electricity from your prepayment meter. Just contact us when you're near the meter and we'll go through some checks with you.

If we're not open and you have an emergency:

Electricity - contact your local electricity distributor (if they need to find your MPAN, click here).

Gas - contact National Grid on 0800 111 999.
