Why are the meter readings I gave not showing on my bill?

Our energy bills are sent monthly in arrears, which means whenever you send us a meter reading, it'll show on your following month's bill.

If you gave us a reading that hasn't appeared on your next bill, it may be that we wanted to check it first to make sure it's correct. This usually happens if you give a reading that's much higher or lower than we expected and we'll write to you and ask you to check this before we use it on your account.
