Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I receive a bill?

We'll send you a bill once a month. Energy usage and Home Phone call charges are billed monthly in arrears, so each bill will show the previous month's usage.  Telephone line rental is charged for the current month on each bill.

You may prefer to pay for your Energy usage quarterly.  If so, contact us and we'll set this up for you. Any other services will still be billed each month.
