How can I pay for my Energy?

We offer two payment options, which are:

Budget Plan: We calculate your annual usage and spread the cost equally over 12 months, so you pay the same amount each month.  

Monthly in arrears: Your bills will be calculated on the previous month’s consumption. We'll work out the consumption based on an actual read or an estimated reading. When paying monthly in arrears, you may receive higher bills in winter (when consumption is higher) and lower bills in the summer.

We also offer a prepayment tariff (where you pay for your energy in advance of using it). 

Having smart meters installed allows us to bill you only for what you use, meaning an end to estimated bills. You can book your smart meter installation today by clicking here.
