Frequently Asked Questions

When are my services going live?

Switching to us for your Energy usually takes between two and three weeks. Switching your Home Phone and Broadband usually takes two weeks and switching your Mobile will usually take a couple of days after we've recieved a PAC code.

Once your services are live, they'll start appearing on your monthly bill. 

We'll write to you let you know the date the services are going live, but if you have any questions please contact us.
