I've just moved in but I don't want you to be my supplier, what do I need to do?

You'll need to contact us as soon as you move in and let us have your meter readings. We'll open a new account for you and we'll bill you for any usage until the services switch to your new supplier.

Of course, we'd love for you to stay with us but you can switch to another supplier if you wish. You'll need to contact them and ask that they arrange this for you.
