How can I test the speed of my broadband connection?

If you're using a computer, you can test the speed of your broadband by clicking here. Please make sure you enter your phone number at the beginning of the speed test so we can note this on your account. 

To make your speed test more accurate, we recommend you connect your computer to your router by an ethernet cable when you run the test. Running these tests at different times of the day will help us to identify any patterns. If you're having trouble using the speed test, just give us a call and we'll run through this with you.
