What's Call Diversion?

For just £2 a month, Call Diversion allows you to divert calls to another landline, mobile or international number.

You'll also be charged for the diverted part of the call at our normal Home Phone rates.

To add or remove this calling feature please contact us.

Here's how to use it

You have a choice of three options:

Divert all calls - code 21
Divert unanswered calls after 20 seconds - code 61
Divert calls if the line is engaged -  code 67

Make sure you have a dialing tone, and then use one of the following commands:

Switching on  - *Code* Phone number to deliver to, then #

To Check  - *#Code#

Switching off - #Code#
