How do I cancel my Mobile service?

We're sorry you're thinking of leaving us. If there's anything we can do make things better, please contact us on 0333 777 3238.

If you'd like to take your mobile number to your new provider, you'll need to request a PAC code. To get your PAC code, you can:

  • Call us on 0333 777 3238, or
  • Text 'PAC' to 65075 for free, or by
  • Logging into the Clubhouse

Want a new mobile number? You'll need to request a STAC code – to get this:

  • Call us on 0333 777 3238, or
  • Text 'STAC' to 75075 for free, or by
  • Logging into the Clubhouse

Text 'INFO' to 85075 for free to find out:

Pay monthly: Your early termination fee (ETF), if any – the cost of leaving your current network if you're still in contract. Plus details of any other services that will be impacted if you switch.
Pay as you go: How much credit you'll currently lose if you switch.
