What should I do if my mobile handset has been damaged in transit?
If you believe that your handset has been damaged in transit, contact us to let us know. We'll ask you to return the package (inc handset, box & accessories) back to us to investigate.

We'd recommend sending it back to us by recorded or special delivery. Once we receive the package back we'll be able to issue you a replacement.
