Can I give you my PAC or STAC code after you've sent me a SIM?

Yes, you can. When you receive your SIM card from us, you'll need to activate this first. Just call our automated activation line 0333 003 5 645 and follow the instructions. When asked for your PIN, you'll need to enter your four digit year of birth.

You can then provide your code on the Clubhouse. You'll need to click on View your Mobile and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on Move a mobile to us and follow the instructions.
