Can I keep my existing mobile number when I switch to you?

Switching to us couldn't be simpler – we'll handle the entire process for you.

If you'd like to switch to us and keep the mobile number you have, we'll just need your Port Authorisation Code – or PAC for short.

It's really quick and easy to get your PAC from your current network provider:

  • You can send 'PAC' to 65075 for free, or by
  • Requesting your PAC on your online account

Your PAC code will be nine characters long – three letters and six numbers.

Let us have your PAC code when you sign up and we'll do the rest!

If you're an existing member, you can give us your mobile number and PAC on the Clubhouse – you'll find it in the Mobile section.
