Can I keep my existing mobile number when I switch to you?

Switching to us couldn't be simpler. We'll handle the entire process for you. If you'd like to keep your mobile number, you'll need to ask your current supplier for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). The PAC code will consist of three letters and six numbers.

Let us have your PAC code when you sign up and we'll do the rest!

If you're an existing Member, you'll be able to provide us with your telephone number and your PAC through our Clubhouse by going to the 'Mobile' section and entering the details.
