How do I report my mobile lost or stolen?

If your mobile phone has been lost or stolen, you should contact us straight away so and we can block the phone to make sure no-one can use it. We can also discuss your options for a replacement.

When we're closed you'll be able to report your mobile lost or stolen through our automated telephone system, you'll just need to give us a call on 0333 777 0 777.
