What should I do before sending my mobile for repair or for a MPPS claim?

Before you return your mobile, please make sure you remove it from any Cloud services. Otherwise, we can't fix or replace your mobile and we'll have to send it back to you.

We'd also recommend that your back up your mobile's data (pictures, videos and contacts), as this can be lost when a mobile's getting exchanged or fixed.
