How do I make a Mobile Phone Protection Scheme (MPPS) claim?
If you've damaged your mobile phone, or it's been lost or stolen, you should contact us straight away so and we can block the phone to make sure no-one can use it. We can also discuss your options for a replacement.
When we're closed, you'll be able report your mobile lost or stolen on our automated telephone line.
