How do I complain about a premium rate number or SMS (PSMS)?

If you're experiencing problems with a premium rate number, text message (PSMS) or subscription service, you should raise a complaint to the company who runs the service. If they're unable to resolve your complaint, you can raise a complaint with PhonepayPlus.

PhonepayPlus are a partner of Ofcom, they regulate phone-paid services in the UK, premium rate goods and services that you can buy by charging the cost to your phone bill.
