Will I need a new SIM card if I switch my mobile number to you?

Yes, we'll have to send you out a new SIM card. If you'd like to keep your mobile number, you'll need to ask your current supplier for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC). The PAC code will consist of three letters and six numbers.
