Why does the website say 'no contract' if you take a phone line?

If we take over your existing Home Phone and Broadband service, where we don't need to install a new telephone line, we won't put you into a contract. There'll only be a one-off disconnection fee of £10 if you decide to cancel at a later date (or £30 if we've provided you with a router and you decide to leave us within the first 12 months).
