Why have I received a message stating the email I sent was undeliverable?
If you're receiving a lot of 'bounce back' emails in your inbox, but you didn't send emails they relate to, it may be possible that your computer's been infected by a virus, which is sending emails without your knowledge.
Here are a few things you can do:
- disconnect your computer from the internet
- make sure you're using up-to-date Anti-Virus protection and run a full virus scan on all computers that use your internet connection, making sure they are free of any infections
- change you Webmail password for security. It's best to keep your password as a combination of letters and numbers, including capital letters, to make it as secure as possible. This can be done in the Clubhouse
