What should I do if my mobile handset has been damaged in transit?
We're really sorry your mobile has been damaged when it was delivered to you.
Please let us know so we can make a note of it. You can then return the package (including mobile, box and accessories) to us and we'll look into this for you:
We'd recommend sending it back to us by recorded or special delivery. Once we get the package back, we'll send you a replacement.
