Why does my mobile say no SIM card inserted or please insert SIM?

If your phone is not recognising your Utility Warehouse SIM card, try the SIM in a different phone to see if the problem is with the SIM card or the phone.

If the SIM card is not recognised in any phone, please contact us and we'll get a new SIM card sent out to you.

If the phone seems to be the issue, please contact us and we'll try and resolve this for you.
