Justin Bozzino: Marketing and Communications Director

Justin Bozzino

Position: Growth Director

Justin joined Telecom Plus in May 2013 and is responsible for managing the growth of our Partner Network and our in-house Sales team.

Prior to joining Telecom Plus, Justin managed the European energy business at CME Group, the world's largest commodity futures exchange. Before that, he was part of the team recruited to set up the Dubai Mercantile Exchange, the Middle East's first oil exchange. Justin started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he traded currency swaps, and read Modern History at Oxford University and International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University's Bologna Centre.

Stuart Burnett - Legal & Compliance Director

Stuart Burnett

Position: Commercial Director

Stuart was promoted to Commercial Director in 2018, having originally joined Telecom Plus as Legal & Compliance Director. He is responsible for all commercial activity, including our key commercial relationships and customer proposition. Stuart began his career as a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May after reading law at Oxford University. He then worked in senior roles at RSA Insurance Group plc and TSB Banking Group plc, prior to joining Telecom Plus in January 2016.

Matt Roskill: Marketing Director

Matt Roskill

Position: Marketing Director

Matt joined Telecom Plus in November 2018 as Marketing Director. Prior to this, Matt spent his career working with fast-growth technology businesses, both in-house as a consultant and in creative agencies. He was Managing Director of Albion, where he helped develop the brand and product experiences for Betfair, Skype and Zoopla, as well as building corporate startups like giffgaff for Telefonica.

Debbie Scola: Director of People and Culture

Debbie Scola

Position: Director of People and Culture

Debbie joined Telecom Plus in 2018 as Director of People and Culture. Debbie studied Retail Marketing and Management BA (Hons). Prior to joining Telecom Plus, Debbie spent four years as the HR Director at Lebara, and two years consulting with Cerulean.

Simon Thompson: Telecom Services Director

Simon Thompson

Position: Telecom Services Director

Simon Joined Telecom Plus in 1999 as a member of our Customer Services team, where he initiated, and went on to manage, the Technical Department. He progressed to the IT department where he was instrumental in implementing our new network, with specific responsibility for internal systems. After two years in IT he was promoted to Product Development Manager, with responsibility for the management and development of our telephony services. As Telecom Services Director, Simon is now also responsible for technical support for broadband, mobile and fixed telephony services.

Stephen Veal: Energy Director

Stephen Veal

Position: Energy Director

Stephen has almost fifteen years' experience in the industry, having joined Telecom Plus in 1999. Stephen joined the company as a member of our Customer Services team. He later established and managed the Correspondence Team, dealing with a substantial volume and variety of services across all areas of the business. He was promoted to Manager of the Energy Department when it was first formed in 2003. Since then, Stephen has managed the expansion of that department as our energy services have undergone rapid and substantial growth.

David Baxter: Head of Finance and Company Secretary

David Baxter

Position: Head of Finance and Company Secretary

David joined Telecom Plus in June 2009 from Rothschild, where he was an Assistant Director within the investment banking team, based in London. While at Rothschild he provided corporate finance advice to a wide range of clients. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 2000 and spent six years within the corporate finance department, including a two-year secondment to The Takeover Panel.

Wayne Coupland: Network Director

Wayne Coupland

Position: Network Director

Wayne worked in product management and sales in communications companies before joining Orange as a national sales manager. Later, as head of the Orange product management department, he was responsible for launching mobile data, text messaging and prepay. Wayne joined us in 1999 as our Business Development Director, and was responsible for introducing gas, electricity and broadband into our range of services. He now manages our Partner services department, and is also responsible for our 37,000 strong Distributor channel, the College of Excellence Training Programme and the head office team that supports our sales network.

Luci Ingram:

Luci Ingram

Position: Legal and Compliance Director

Luci joined Telecom Plus in January 2019 and is responsible for Legal and Compliance. Luci started her career as a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May. Prior to joining Telecom Plus, she was working as Head of Corporate and Compliance at King and was responsible for King's global corporate and compliance matters. Luci has a wealth of knowledge in advising fast-growing businesses on a wide range of legal and compliance issues.

Gary Kaufman: IT Director

Gary Kaufman

Position: Management Information System Director

Gary joined Telecom Plus in 2002 with responsibility for developing the software used by our systems, taking over as IT Manager in 2003, IT Director in 2005, and then as Management Information System Director in 2016. During his time with the company, Gary, alongside our IT team, has been instrumental in making updates and enhancements to our systems.

Clifford Wetherall: Technical Operations and Billing Director

Name: Clifford Wetherall

Position: Technical Operations and Billing Director

Clifford is an experienced IT professional from a software development and telecommunications background. He was responsible for developing one of the UK's leading database management systems, used by many of the country's largest businesses as well as UK government departments. He joined the telecommunications industry in 1988 and was Head of IT at Peoples Phone from 1994 to 1997 where he developed leading edge IT systems in billing and customer services. Prior to joining Telecom Plus in March 1998, he worked for a mobile phone service provider in The Netherlands and a multi-billion dollar telecommunications billing company in Atlanta, Georgia, USA developing international billing platforms.

Jonny Wolf: Business Services Director

Jonny Wolf

Position: Daffodil, Property & Events Director

Jonny has been involved in the utilities business since 1993 having successfully launched and directed the utility services division of Grants International Limited. In 1996 he was recognised as one of the leading utility cost reduction consultants when he was commissioned by Gee Publishing Limited to co-author a utility cost reduction manual for businesses.

Jonny joined Telecom Plus in 2000 with responsibility for Marketing. In 2005 he launched our Business Club, offering our utility services to business customers. He is now our Daffodil, Property & Events Director, with responsibility for our Daffodil LED light bulb replacement service and our property portfolio. He also takes the lead on organising our annual sales conference (Express Day) each year in addition to taking the lead on delivering all of our Partner incentive trips and holidays.
